SOMA MOVE® is a holistic way of moving. We let our bodies move as a unit and we use our breath to create flow in the movements. Breathing out in the end of the movement and breath in through the journey of the movement. We move through gravity, touching the floor only with our hands and feet.
SOMA MOVE® is a group exercise concept created in Sweden and a big success in Scandinavia. Its a fusion of years of experience from practicing movement such as dance, yoga, functional training and therapeutic knowledge. The class is performed by Cecilia and Linus who is the founders and originators.
